Team – Operations – Collections

Role Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented and proactive Team Leader – Collections to manage assigned

collection agencies, ensure portfolio coverage, and drive recovery performance. The ideal candidate

will coordinate closely with internal collection teams and agencies to ensure adherence to collection

processes, target achievement, and effective customer resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the performance of assigned collection agencies.
- Ensure collection and recovery targets are consistently achieved.
- Monitor portfolio coverage and ensure the entire assigned portfolio is attempted.
- Track agency follow-ups, call intensity, and collection efficiency regularly.
- Coordinate with Collection Managers and Bucket Managers to ensure process adherence and

implementation.

- Ensure timely execution as per business requirements.Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Interact with high-risk customers and work towards account resolution.
- Ensure agencies maintain professional communication and effective follow-up mechanisms.
- Provide regular updates on collection performance and operational challenges.




- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives within the collections function.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Robust understanding of collections and recovery processes.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage agencies and drive performance targets.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in handling collection tracking and follow-up activities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Experience & Eligibility

- 1–3 years of experience in collections or recovery operations.
- Prior experience in Banking, NBFC, or FinTech industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
