Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all field instruments, including pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters, control valves, actuators, and analytical instruments (pH, conductivity, gas detectors).
- Troubleshoot complex automation and instrumentation loops during plant upsets, breakdowns, or abnormal operating conditions.

2. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure strict compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM), OSHA, and local statutory regulations regarding hazardous areas (Ex-proof/Intrinsically Safe instruments).

3*. Project Execution & Commissioning*





- Collaborate with project teams during the installation and commissioning of recent chemical processing units or plant expansions.

4. Inventory & Vendor Management

- Maintain optimal inventory levels for critical spare parts (transmitters, control valve trims, sensors, cards).

Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech in Instrumenation Engineering.

Minimum Experience should be 4 years in managing/performing above responsiblities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
