Limestays is a growing hospitality and vacation-rental company managing a portfolio of premium holiday properties across North Goa. We are focused on delivering a seamless guest experience while maintaining high operational standards across our properties.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day property operations and ensure smooth, productive and high-quality service across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations across all properties.
- Manage and coordinate Supervisors, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained and guest-ready.
- Handle and resolve operational and guest-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely maintenance and services.
- Monitor team performance, property standards and operational costs.
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify operational gaps.
- Coordinate with Guest Relations,



Reservations and other departments.
- Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations or vacation rentals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and teams.
- Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of property management systems is a plus.
- Hospitality/Business Management degree preferred.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Goa District, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (Preferred)
