Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹75,000 per month
Location: Vadodara | On-site | Full time

We are looking for someone who understands that running ads and getting results are two different things.

You'll be working on real campaigns for brands and will be involved in Meta Ads, strategy, testing creatives, analysing performance and figuring out what needs to change when things aren't working.

What you'll be doing:

- Running and managing Meta ad campaigns
- Testing audiences, creatives and offers
- Analysing campaign performance
- Working with creative and content teams
- Planning new campaigns and growth strategies
- Reporting what is working and what isn't

You should have:

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR and other performance metrics
- The ability to analyse data without getting lost in spreadsheets
- A curious mindset and willingness to test ideas

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹75,000/month depending on experience and capability.
