Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of civil, construction, electrical, plumbing, finishing, and MEP materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare rates, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs), vendor documentation, and procurement records.
- Coordinate with project, stores, accounts, and site teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality, pricing, and payment terms.
- Maintain approved vendor lists and develop new supplier relationships.




- Track material prices and support cost optimization and budget control.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and ERP systems.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction procurement/purchase.
- Solid knowledge of construction materials and local supplier markets.
- Good negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP/Purchase Management Software will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and cost-management skills.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
