Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing the hotel's PR and communications strategy to strengthen brand positioning and visibility.

Build and maintain robust relationships with media, journalists, influencers, bloggers, and key industry stakeholders.

Coordinate press releases, media alerts, interviews, features, and other PR communications.

Proactively identify opportunities for positive media coverage across print, digital, television, lifestyle, travel, food & beverage, and hospitality media.

Organize and coordinate media visits, press conferences, media stays, familiarization trips, and special events.

Support the PR Manager in managing the hotel's brand image and reputation across all communication channels.

Develop engaging content for press releases, media pitches, newsletters, corporate communications, and other promotional materials.

Monitor media coverage and prepare regular PR coverage reports and media analysis.

Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, F&B;, and Operations teams to promote hotel initiatives, events, restaurants, experiences, and special offers.

Assist in managing the hotel's social media and digital PR initiatives, where required.

Identify relevant influencers and content creators and coordinate collaborations in line with the hotel's luxury brand standards.

Ensure all external communication is consistent with the hotel's brand guidelines, tone, and positioning.

Support crisis communication and reputation-management activities when required.

Maintain an updated database of media contacts, influencers, and other PR stakeholders.

Represent the hotel professionally at media events, industry functions, and networking opportunities.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing,



Hospitality Management, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant PR/Communications experience, preferably with a luxury hotel, premium hospitality brand, lifestyle brand, or PR agency.

Strong relationships with travel, lifestyle, hospitality, food & beverage, and luxury media would be an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong storytelling, media pitching, networking, and relationship-management abilities.

Good understanding of PR, media relations, digital communications, and social media.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Creative, proactive, well-groomed, and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders and media representatives.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a creative, proactive, and well-connected PR professional with strong media relationships and excellent communication skills. Experience in a luxury hotel or premium lifestyle/hospitality brand will be highly preferred. The candidate should have the ability to generate meaningful media exposure and effectively communicate the hotel's luxury positioning and unique guest experiences.

Pay: ₹43,905.44 - ₹77,224.73 per month
