Role Overview

At Tute Consult, we build culturally relevant brands through integrated communications, influencer strategy, partnerships, PR and digital storytelling. We’re looking for someone deeply plugged into internet culture, creators, communities and brand conversations — someone who knows how to turn relationships into impact.

This is not a backend coordination role. We’re looking for a sharp connector and culture-first thinker who can build strong creator networks, drive meaningful collaborations and make brands part of the right conversations online.

Key Responsibilities:

Creator & Influencer Relations

- Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, stylists, tastemakers and emerging talent across categories
- Identify relevant creators for campaigns, launches, seeding and long-term partnerships
- Lead influencer outreach, negotiations, onboarding and coordination
- Build and maintain a strong influencer database and relationship pipeline
- Spot rising creators and trends before they become mainstream

Gifting & Seeding

- Conceptualise and execute influencer gifting and seeding programs
- Coordinate dispatches, follow-ups and organic content tracking
- Work closely with brands to ensure seeding aligns with campaign goals and brand positioning
- Create culturally relevant and conversation-worthy gifting moments

Community Partnerships

- Build relationships with communities, platforms, clubs, founders, events and cultural ecosystems relevant to client brands
- Identify collaboration opportunities that drive brand visibility and relevance
- Develop partnerships that go beyond paid collaborations and create genuine brand affinity

Brand Collaborations





- Source and execute strategic brand partnerships and cross-brand collaborations
- Identify synergies between fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness and culture-led brands
- Support ideation and execution of collab-led campaigns and experiences

Campaign & Relationship Management

- Coordinate with internal PR, social and strategy teams to execute campaigns smoothly
- Maintain trackers, creator reports, outreach status and partnership pipelines
- Stay updated on platform trends, creator economy shifts and internet culture

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, talent management, brand partnerships, PR or community marketing
- Strong network across creators, influencers, agencies, brands and cultural communities in Mumbai
- Someone who lives on Instagram, TikTok trends, YouTube and internet culture
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong execution capabilities
- Agency experience is a plus
- Experience across beauty, fashion, luxury, lifestyle or hospitality brands is preferred
