Dictumnet is a consultancy that helps businesses handle their legal paperwork, including ESI, PF, labor licenses, inspection support, Food Licenses, and trademarks. We are looking for an ESI and EPF Compliance Executive to join our operational team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end registrations, monthly data preparation, challan generation, and filing returns for our client companies, ensuring they are always legally compliant.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Verification: Collect and verify monthly attendance and payroll data from clients to calculate correct ESI and PF deductions.
- Monthly Filings: Handle online registration of recent employees, generate monthly ESI and EPF challans, and file timely returns on the government portals.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate digital registers (Form 11, Form 5, Form 10, etc.) and employee KYC details,



ensuring UAN activation and Aadhaar linking are completed.
- Grievance Resolution: Resolve client and employee issues regarding UAN generation, PF transfers, withdrawals, name corrections, and ESI card generation.
- Audit & Inspection Support: Assist senior consultants in preparing the necessary documentation and registers during official labor department inspections or audits

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
