We are looking for a Telecaller to support our recruitment and listener onboarding process. The role mainly involves speaking with candidates, explaining the opportunity, conducting initial screening, and maintaining candidate records.

Responsibilities

- Call candidates from provided leads/CVs.
- Explain the job role and work process.
- Conduct initial screening over the phone.
- Check communication skills and basic suitability.
- Follow up with interested candidates.
- Maintain and update the recruitment sheet.
- Coordinate with the team for the next stage of onboarding.

Requirements

- Good communication skills are the main requirement.
- Comfortable speaking with new people over calls.
- Hindi + good English communication.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.




- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.

What We Offer
