Job Title: Captain (Restaurant)

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to lead floor operations and ensure exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily restaurant operations.

· Lead and guide the service team.

· Welcome and assist guests professionally.

· Ensure smooth order taking and timely service.

· Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams.

· Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns.

· Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards.

· Daily requisitions to be sent to the reporting manager and making sure no

material is unavailable. Doing purchases as per approvals.

· Train and motivate team members.

Requirements





· 2–5 years of experience as a Captain in a restaurant, café, or hotel.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Valuable knowledge of food & beverage service.

· Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

· Ability to work flexible shifts.

· Vehicle preferrable

Salary: Up to 18,000/-
