Banox Exim Private Limited is looking for an experienced Compliance Head to manage and oversee statutory, labour, and regulatory compliance activities.
Manage overall statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and government regulations.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain compliance records, registers, returns, and documentation.
- Coordinate with government departments and external consultants.
- Conduct regular compliance checks and support audits.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and payments.
- Identify compliance gaps and take corrective actions.
- Stay updated with changes in applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare compliance reports and provide updates to management.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
