Job Summary

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our real estate organization. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, record keeping, and file management. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle office documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
- Perform data entry and update records in MS Excel.
- Handle basic entries and documentation in Tally.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and project-related files.




- Assist with preparing basic reports and maintaining registers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for document collection and filing.
- Scan, photocopy, print, and organize office documents.
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, and other records.
- Support day-to-day administrative and back-office activities.
- Perform other office-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic working knowledge of Tally.
- Good record-keeping and file management skills.
- Basic data entry skills with attention to accuracy.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
