## Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven *Field Operations Manager* with a minimum of *10 years of relevant experience* to oversee and manage field operations, teams, resources, and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent operational and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of managing large field teams and achieving operational targets.

The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth, safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of field activities while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

## Key Responsibilities

* Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day field operations across assigned locations.

* Lead, supervise, and manage field personnel, supervisors, technicians, and support teams.

* Develop operational plans, schedules, manpower requirements, and resource allocation.

* Monitor field activities to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and within agreed timelines.

* Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for field teams and operations.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations.

* Identify operational challenges and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

* Monitor productivity, attendance, manpower utilization, equipment usage, and operational costs.

* Coordinate with internal departments including HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and senior management.

* Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and other external stakeholders.

* Conduct regular field visits and audits to assess performance, quality, safety, and compliance.





* Prepare and present operational reports, performance dashboards, forecasts, and management updates.

# Required Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in, Operations Management, Engineering

* *Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in field operations*, with significant experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

* Proven experience managing large field teams and geographically distributed operations.

* Robust understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, logistics, and resource management.

* Demonstrated experience in achieving operational KPIs, productivity targets, and service-level objectives.

* Experience in budgeting, cost control, reporting, and operational performance management.

* Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and compliance requirements.

* Experience working with contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders is preferred.
