Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and student-focused Career Counselor to help students identify suitable career paths based on their academic background, interests, skills, strengths, and career goals.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of different career pathways, academic programs, professional courses, higher education options, and current employment trends. The candidate should be able to provide personalized career guidance and help students make informed decisions about their education and future careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct career counseling sessions for students and parents.
- Assess students’ interests, skills, and career goals.
- Recommend suitable courses and career pathways.
- Conduct career guidance workshops and seminars.
- Stay updated on education and employment trends.
- Maintain student records and follow up on progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, HR, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in career/academic counseling or education preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of academic and career pathways.
- Good counseling, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
