Develop and implement Site Safety Plans, HSE procedures, and emergency response plans.

Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices.

Ensure workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as helmets, safety shoes, gloves, harnesses, goggles, and reflective jackets.

Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular safety training for workers and supervisors.

Monitor high-risk activities including:

Working at height

Scaffolding and shuttering

Excavation and trenching

Lifting and rigging operations

Electrical works

Welding and gas cutting

Concrete and reinforcement works

Demolition activities

Prepare and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.

Ensure proper work permits are issued for high-risk activities.

Inspect scaffolding, ladders, lifting equipment, electrical installations, tools, and machinery.

Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses,



and unsafe occurrences and prepare reports.

Recommend corrective and preventive actions and follow up until closure.

Maintain safety records, inspection reports, training records, and statutory documents.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, and Workers regarding safety requirements.

Ensure compliance with applicable construction safety laws, client requirements, and company HSE policies.

Conduct emergency preparedness drills such as fire, evacuation, first aid, and rescue drills.

Monitor housekeeping, waste management, access routes, and proper material storage.

Support periodic HSE audits and inspections.

Promote a solid safety culture and zero-accident mindset throughout the project.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
