About the Company

Sky Planet Holidays is one of India's leading travel companies, offering domestic and international tour packages, visa assistance, MICE tours, honeymoon packages, corporate travel, and customized holiday experiences. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote domestic and international tour packages across India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors, hotels, airlines, transport providers, destination management companies (DMCs), and other tourism partners.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new vendors to expand the company's travel network across India.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, contracts, and promotional offers with vendors to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer relationships by understanding travel requirements and ensuring timely support throughout the booking process.
- Work closely with the sales, operations, and customer support teams to improve customer experience and increase conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Travel across India to meet vendors, corporate clients, and business partners to strengthen relationships and expand the company's network.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, travel expos, roadshows, and corporate events.




- Resolve vendor and customer issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure all vendor partnerships comply with company policies, service quality standards, and contractual agreements.
- Support business expansion by identifying new markets, destinations, and partnership opportunities across India.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets through effective marketing initiatives and strategic relationship management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing.
- Experience in the Tours & Travel industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in generating high-quality leads and increasing sales.
- Experience in managing marketing teams and agencies.
