Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the retail sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, and achieving sales targets. The role involves managing staff, assisting customers, monitoring stock, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the retail sales team.
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Support the team in sales activities and guide staff when required.
- Monitor stock levels, product displays, and ensure proper merchandising.
- Coordinate with the concerned departments for stock replenishment and operational requirements.
- Maintain proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales records.




- Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports to the management.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper presentation of the retail area.
- Train and guide new team members on products, sales procedures, and customer service.
- Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed by the team.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales or a supervisory role is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Basic knowledge of sales, billing, stock management, and reporting.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
