Salary

₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Negotiable based on experience, technical knowledge, and skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform final quality inspection of finished components before packing and dispatch.
- Verify product dimensions, visual quality, workmanship, and specifications as per drawing, Control Plan, inspection standards, and customer requirements.
- Inspect components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Pin Gauge, Thread Gauge, Go/No-Go Gauges, etc.
- Ensure only approved and conforming material is released for final packing and dispatch.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, dimensional deviations, and quality issues.
- Segregate and control rejected or non-conforming material to prevent accidental dispatch.
- Maintain Final Inspection Reports, rejection records, inspection records, and other quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Line Inspectors, Production Supervisors, and the Quality Department for resolution of quality issues.
- Verify part identification, quantity, traceability, and required documentation before final clearance.
- Support corrective actions for repeated defects and quality problems.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, customer requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and discipline in the final inspection area.

Requirements

- Experience in Final Quality Inspection,



Quality Control, CNC/VMC machining, or manufacturing preferred.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings, tolerances, and dimensional inspection.
- Practical knowledge of basic measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, gauges, etc.
- Understanding of quality inspection procedures, rejection control, and inspection documentation.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify dimensional and visual defects.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
- Ability to coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge will be an advantage.
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. Mechanical or relevant technical qualification preferred.

Work Schedule

- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Friday

Experience

- Preferred: 2–5 years in Final Quality Inspection, Quality Control, CNC/VMC machining, or manufacturing.
- Candidates with higher relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates having strong practical inspection knowledge may be considered based on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
