- Handle litigation matters and represent clients before courts, tribunals, and ADR forums.
- Manage arbitration, mediation, and conciliation proceedings.
- Draft pleadings, agreements, legal notices, settlement deeds, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal opinions.
- Advise clients on dispute resolution mechanisms and legal risks.
- Liaise with clients, legal authorities, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, institutional rules, and ethical standards.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Robust expertise in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Knowledge of Court Proceedings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- LLB (Mandatory); LLM preferred.
- Experience with corporates, law firms, arbitration centres, or legal institutions.
- Proven experience in handling court matters and ADR proceedings.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and regulatory frameworks.
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work from the Chandigarh office.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
