About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and report digital marketing campaigns for Businesswala Inc. and its clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, lead generation, analytics, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for different industries.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads and improve campaign ROI.
- Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles for local businesses.
- Create and manage social media marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
- Track CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, traffic, rankings, and other KPIs.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
- Work with the website, content, design, and sales teams to improve conversions.
- Stay updated with Google, Meta, SEO,



and digital marketing algorithm changes.

What We Expect

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to create posts or run basic campaigns. We need someone who understands numbers, strategy, targeting, optimization, and business results.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month, depending on experience, skills, and proven results.
