We are looking for Tele calling / Inside Sales Executives to join our office team. The main responsibility will be to call customers, follow up on enquiries, and convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to new and existing customers.
- Follow up regularly on customer enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Explain our UPVC & Aluminium Windows and Doors products.
- Convince customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain proper follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales/site team when required.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Submit daily calling and follow-up reports.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good Malayalam communication skills.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
