- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in the water treatment industry.
- Identify and approach industries, commercial establishments, institutions and other potential customers.
- Promote and sell RO Plants, WTP, ETP, STP, filtration systems and water treatment solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/proposal team to develop suitable solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations and technical discussions.
- Prepare and submit quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the proposal team.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations and purchase orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences and other business development activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, production,



procurement and service teams for smooth project execution.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within company guidelines.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment systems.
- Good understanding of RO, WTP, ETP, STP, UF, filtration and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify new markets and generate leads independently.
- Valuable commercial and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management tools.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
