Job Title: Land Acquisition Officer / Manager Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Experience Required: 5+ Years Compensation: Up to ₹12 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives) Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline / Graduate) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Land Acquisition Officer to manage land aggregation, site identification, due diligence, and deal execution in and around Indore and nearby Madhya Pradesh regions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on field experience negotiating with landowners, coordinating with revenue departments, and executing legal land transfers. Key Responsibilities * Site Identification & Aggregation: Identify, evaluate, and aggregate land parcels suitable for development projects, ensuring compliance with contiguous acreage requirements. * Liaison & Government Relations: Work closely with local revenue officials (Tahsildar, Patwari, Sub-Registrar, District Collectorate) for land records, Mutation, Khasra/Khatauni verification, and land conversion (NA/CLU). * Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead direct discussions with local property owners, farmers, and aggregators to negotiate competitive purchase/lease rates and close terms. * Legal Due Diligence: Coordinate with legal advisers to verify land titles, ensure 30-year encumbrance-free records,



and compile required registry documentation. * Field Execution & Documentation: Handle sale deed registrations, power of attorney, lease agreements, site demarcation, and boundary clearing. * Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with local communities and local leaders to mitigate ground-level operational risks or disputes. Required Candidate Profile * Education: Graduation in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, B.E./B.Tech, LL.B., or equivalent). * Experience: Minimum 5+ years in land acquisition, land aggregation, or real estate/infrastructure legal liaison. * Regional Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with Madhya Pradesh land laws, MP revenue department processes, and local zoning policies. * Languages: High fluency in Hindi (essential for local field interaction) and working knowledge of English for documentation. * Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across site locations around Indore and surrounding districts. Key Competencies * Robust negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. * Ability to read Mauja maps, Khasra, and revenue records. * Uncompromised integrity and sound understanding of legal regulatory frameworks.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
