Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer (Full-Stack) with hands-on experience in backend and frontend development. In this role, you will use your skills to develop scalable backend services, build robust APIs, create high-performance user interfaces, and contribute across the complete software development lifecycle. Solid experience in Java and ReactJS is highly preferred.

Job Description:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs using Java, Python, Node.js, or similar backend technologies.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code for application logic, data processing, and integration with third-party services.
- Develop and manage data models and database interaction logic using MongoDB or similar document-based databases.
- Implement security best practices within APIs and data layers to ensure the integrity and security of sensitive data.
- Develop responsive, interactive, and modern user interfaces using ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements and designs into functional application components.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and compatibility across different devices and browsers.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, unit testing, code reviews, and deployment through CI/CD processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug,



maintain, and upgrade existing systems to improve application performance, reliability, and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and development goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi for working with technical and non-technical clients, team members and CEO’s.
- Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Robust proficiency in backend technologies, with preference for Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
- Solid experience with modern JavaScript frontend frameworks, with preference for ReactJS.
- Experience working with MongoDB or similar NoSQL/document-based databases.
- Understanding of database design, indexing, and query optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Git/version control and cloud deployment concepts such as AWS, Azure, and Docker.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
