We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the Solar EPC & Trading industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build robust relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote and sell solar EPC and related products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide after-sales support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Odia.
- Strong leadership and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the solar, EPC, electrical, or trading industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,005.11 - ₹20,520.65 per month
