Shanti Nursing Home is a well-established nursing home in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, committed to providing ethical, affordable, and patient-centric healthcare. We are expanding our clinical team and are looking for a dedicated and experienced BAMS Doctor with a strong interest and experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate BAMS Doctor with 4–6 years of clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical skills, be capable of independently managing OPD/IPD patients under consultant supervision, and have hands-on exposure to women's healthcare.

Preference will be given to candidates who have graduated from reputed Government Ayurvedic Medical Colleges.

Preferred Duty time: 2 PM TO 10PM (Candidate should be versatile for other timings)

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily Gynaecology & Obstetrics OPD.

Conduct patient examination, diagnosis and treatment planning.

Assist consultant Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in clinical procedures.

Manage antenatal and postnatal patient care.

Handle normal pregnancy follow-up cases.

Monitor admitted patients and maintain clinical records.

Provide counselling on women's health, infertility, menstrual disorders and family planning.





Coordinate with nursing staff for patient management.

Maintain accurate medical documentation and prescriptions.

Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and ethical medical practices.

Participate in emergency duties whenever required.

Required Qualifications

BAMS from a recognized university.

Preference will be given to candidates from reputed Government Ayurvedic Medical Colleges.

Valid State Medical Council Registration.

4–6 years of relevant clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

Experience in hospital or nursing home setup preferred.

Preferred Skills

Strong clinical judgment.

Good communication and patient counselling skills.

Ability to manage OPD independently.

Experience in IPD management.

Knowledge of emergency patient management.

Good documentation skills.

Computer literacy (EMR/HMS preferred).

Team-oriented and patient-focused attitude.

Candidates having experience in:

Obstetrics

Gynaecology

Women's Health

Infertility Clinics

Nursing Home Practice

Maternity Hospital

Hospital OPD/IPD

will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
