We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage and supervise our EPE Foam manufacturing line. The person will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, maintaining product quality, managing manpower, controlling wastage, and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily EPE foam production operations.
- Plan production according to orders and delivery schedules.
- Manage production workers, shifts, and manpower allocation.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Ensure consistent product quality and specifications.
- Control raw-material usage and production wastage.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance, stores, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Identify production problems and implement improvements.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline on the factory floor.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining cost efficiency.
