About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Implementation & Automation Specialist who will play a key role in building and implementing the company's CRM and business automation ecosystem.
The company is currently setting up its CRM infrastructure, and this role will involve understanding business requirements, designing CRM processes, configuring systems, building workflows, integrating third-party tools and continuously improving the overall system.
This is not a traditional CRM operations or support role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of CRM implementation and build practical, scalable solutions from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into CRM processes, workflows and system requirements.
- Participate in the end-to-end implementation of the CRM ecosystem, from requirement gathering and process mapping to configuration, testing and deployment.
- Design CRM structures including modules, fields, pipelines, stages, relationships, permissions and data flows.
- Build and configure automated workflows for lead management, customer lifecycle, follow-ups, notifications, task assignments and operational processes.
- Identify manual and repetitive business processes and convert them into automated workflows.
- Integrate CRM with third-party applications using APIs, webhooks and automation platforms.
- Build and maintain data synchronization between CRM and other business systems.
- Work with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, LeadSquared or similar CRM systems.
- Work with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate or similar platforms.
- Support integration with systems such as Momence, Intercom and other business applications, where required.
- Maintain clean, structured and reliable CRM data.
- Develop dashboards, reports and operational views to track business performance and CRM activity.
- Perform testing,
troubleshooting and optimization of CRM workflows and integrations.
- Document workflows, integrations, processes and system configurations.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other stakeholders to continuously improve business processes.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for further automation and optimization.
- Support CRM adoption by providing documentation, training and process guidance to users.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM implementation, CRM development, CRM administration, business systems or workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, LeadSquared or similar.
- Solid understanding of CRM workflows, business processes and automation.
- Experience with API integrations and webhooks.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate or similar.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript or Python is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical system solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around data and system workflows.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of implementation tasks.
Good to Have
- Experience with Momence, Salesforce, Intercom or Zapier.
- Experience with CRM data migration and data cleaning.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and OAuth.
- Experience with dashboards and reporting tools.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, consumer services or similar businesses.
- Exposure to AI-based automation and workflow tools.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
