Job Discription:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager who can take ownership of SEO strategy, team performance, and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead SEO strategy and execution for international clients.

- Manage, mentor, and review the performance of the SEO team.

- Conduct technical, on-page, off-page, local, and competitor SEO audits.

- Develop keyword strategies, content plans, link-building strategies, and SEO roadmaps.

- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, backlinks, and other SEO KPIs.

- Review team deliverables and maintain high SEO quality standards.

- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with content and development teams.

- Conduct competitor and market analysis.

- Communicate directly with international clients and present SEO performance and recommendations.

- Create and improve internal SEO SOPs, workflows, and quality-control processes.

- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search, GEO,



and emerging SEO trends. Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.

- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, and International SEO.

- Experience managing or mentoring an SEO team.

- Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.

- Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonicalization, redirects, internal linking, and website architecture.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.

- Strong spoken and written English.
