Salary: ₹2.4 - ₹3.6LPA depending on qualification, experience and skills.

Job Description

- Monitor food quality and safety standards.

- Check raw materials, production processes and finished products.

- Maintain quality and production-related records and documentation.

- Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards.

- Follow FSSAI, GMP and HACCP guidelines.

- Conduct quality checks and Lab tests Like FFA & Acid Value, Peroxide Value, Iodine & Saponification Value, MIV%, Refractive Index, Test for Argemone oil

- Assist in resolving quality-related issues.

- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.





- Maintain necessary reports and records.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Sc. in Food Technology is mandatory.

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the food industry.

- Good knowledge of food safety and quality control.

- Knowledge of FSSAI, GMP and HACCP.

- Good documentation and communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Responsible, hardworking and willing to work in a food manufacturing environment.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
