Job Title: Visa Filing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Filing Executive to manage end-to-end visa application processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate documentation, timely filing, and effective coordination with clients and visa authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end visa filing for Student, Tourist, Work, and PR visas
- Collect, review, and verify client documents as per embassy requirements
- Accurately complete and submit visa application forms (online/offline)
- Coordinate with VFS, embassies, and consulates for application submissions
- Guide clients regarding visa procedures, documentation, and timelines
- Track application status and provide regular updates to clients
- Handle embassy queries, additional document requests, and re-submissions
- Maintain proper records and documentation for all cases

Eligibility & Requirements:





- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in visa filing or immigration consultancy
- Strong knowledge of visa processes for Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and Schengen countries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and online visa portals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
