· Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality.

· Arranging and Maintaining Required Man power at Site.

· Client Bills Verification

· Verification of material + PRW bills reconcilliations.

· Cross checking of client bills and PRW Bills and ensuring that quantities claimed and paid are justified.

· Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.

· Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity.

· Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.

· Delivering the Projects in awarded Time.

· Ensuring Proper Utilization of Materials and Manpower.

· Ensuring Submission of Bills and receiving payments on Time.

· Ensuring compliance of completion schedule liasioning with clients.





· Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.

· Necessary Correspondence and Coordination with Client/PMC.

· Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.

· Planning of whole project completion with Bar Chart.

· Checking and ensuring all legal compliances.

· Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share.

· Quality Monitoring

· Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing recent business relationships.

· Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
