Urgent Hiring: MDM Architect

We are urgently looking for a highly experienced MDM Architect with robust expertise in Master Data Management as a business capability, governance framework, and enterprise methodology.

The ideal candidate should have consulting and business-facing experience and must understand the complete MDM lifecycle—from discovery and strategy through implementation, governance, deployment, and production rollout.

Location: Bengaluru / Noida
Experience: 14+ years
Contract: 6 months, with the possibility of permanent employment

Key Responsibilities:

- Define enterprise-wide MDM strategy, frameworks, operating models, and implementation methodologies
- Lead discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and business-process discussions
- Identify and define master data domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, and Supplier
- Establish data ownership, governance processes, stewardship workflows, and operating models
- Define Golden Record methodology, matching and merging strategies, survivorship rules, hierarchy management, and data-quality standards
- Create MDM implementation roadmaps, functional specifications, process documentation, and governance frameworks
- Lead end-to-end MDM programs—from business discovery and solution design to deployment and production support
- Design integrations between MDM platforms and ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and cloud platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, data architects, and engineering teams
- Mentor implementation teams and provide architectural and technical guidance

Required Skills:

✅ Strong knowledge of enterprise MDM principles, methodologies, frameworks, and best practices




✅ Experience defining MDM strategy, governance models, stewardship processes, and business requirements
✅ Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise MDM platform, such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, Semarchy xDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, or Profisee
✅ Strong understanding of Match and Merge, Survivorship Rules, Golden Record creation, Hierarchy Management, Reference Data Management, Metadata Management, and Data Quality
✅ Experience designing enterprise data integration and MDM architectures
✅ Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and ETL/ELT technologies
✅ Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
✅ Excellent consulting, communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK and enterprise data-governance practices
- Exposure to Apache Spark, Kafka, Databricks, or modern data platforms
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Relevant MDM, data-governance, or cloud certifications

Priority will be given to candidates who have led MDM initiatives from business discovery through production rollout and can clearly demonstrate experience establishing MDM operating models, governance processes, stewardship workflows, and implementation roadmaps.
