What would you do? The Learning Admin – is responsible for end-to-end learning administration and scheduling support for Learning & Development programs. The role ensures accurate coordination of training schedules, LMS administration, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. This position acts as a subject matter expert in learning operations, supporting smooth delivery of learning programs while maintaining compliance, quality, and data accuracy.
What are we looking for? "• Relevant years of experience in Learning Administration, Scheduling, or Learning Operations. • Prior experience in a shared services, L&D;, HR operations, or service delivery environment preferred. • Exposure to LMS platforms is mandatory. Exposure of working with Australian client in airline sector. " •• Bachelor’s degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent). •"Must be open to Australian shift timings:



(9 am to 5 pm) Australian time" "• Strong understanding of Learning Administration and Scheduling processes. • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems • Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills for data analysis and reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail and data accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. • Customer service mindset with stakeholder management skills. • Multi-cultural awareness and ability to work with global teams. • Knowledge of Australian public holidays and regional scheduling considerations."
Roles and Responsibilities: •"• Administer and coordinate learning schedules across internal and external training programs. • Manage and update Learning Management Systems (LMS) including course setup, enrollment, attendance, and completion tracking. • Coordinate with instructors, vendors, facilities, and internal stakeholders to confirm training logistics. • Monitor learning schedules and resolve conflicts related to resources, venues, or participant availability. • Maintain accurate learning records, reports, and dashboards related to training delivery and participation. • Respond to learning administration queries within defined service timelines. • Ensure adherence to learning policies, cancellation guidelines, and documentation standards. • Perform quality checks on learning data and support audits or compliance reviews. • Identify process improvement opportunities within learning administration and scheduling workflows. • Support knowledge transfer, onboarding of new team members, and continuous improvement initiatives."
