Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Standing Seam Machine Operator to operate and maintain standing seam roll-forming machines for the production of high-quality metal roofing panels. The ideal candidate will have experience with standing seam roofing systems, machine setup, quality control, and safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate standing seam roll-forming machines to manufacture roofing panels according to project specifications.
- Set up the machine by adjusting panel width, length, and profile as required.
- Read and interpret production drawings and work orders.
- Perform routine machine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
- Monitor panel quality, dimensions, and finish throughout the production process.
- Ensure proper handling, stacking, and packaging of finished panels.
- Maintain accurate production records and daily reports.
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.




- Coordinate with supervisors and installation teams to meet production schedules.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience operating standing seam roll-forming machines.
- Experience with metal roofing systems and sheet metal fabrication.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately.
- Familiarity with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of workplace safety procedures.
- Physically fit and able to lift materials as required.
- Willingness to work overtime or shifts when needed.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with portable standing seam machines (Knudson, Schlebach, Recent Tech Machinery, or similar).
- Knowledge of different standing seam panel profiles.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
