We are seeking passionate and experienced faculty members for the Computer Science Department at VPMM Arts and Science College. The ideal candidates will be committed to delivering high-quality education, mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence in the field of Computer Science. Faculty members are expected to adopt cutting-edge teaching methodologies, support research and development activities, and actively participate in departmental and institutional initiatives to enhance the overall student learning experience.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and effective lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate Computer Science programs.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Encourage student participation in seminars, workshops, projects, and competitions.
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental activities.
- Contribute to research, publications, and academic innovation.
- Support accreditation, academic audits, and institutional development activities.

Education:

- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- NET/SLET/Ph.D. qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- Prior teaching experience in Arts and Science Colleges is preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students effectively.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and academic practices.
- Team-oriented mindset with good organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in handling university curriculum and academic administration.
- Research publications in reputed journals/conferences.
- Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and current industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
