Job Description – Dispatch Executive

Reporting To: Store In-Charge / Operations Head
Location: Noida

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the complete dispatch process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of UPS systems, batteries, spare parts, and other company materials to customers and sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with the Store, Sales, Service, Accounts, and Production teams for dispatch requirements.
- Ensure material is properly packed, labelled, and ready for dispatch.
- Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters/couriers.
- Verify material quantity, model, serial number, and condition before dispatch.
- Maintain dispatch records and update dispatch status in Excel/ERP/Tally.
- Track shipments and coordinate with transporters until delivery.
- Share dispatch details, LR/transport details, and delivery information with concerned teams.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and requirements.




- Maintain records of POD (Proof of Delivery) and follow up for pending PODs.
- Handle returned, damaged, or undelivered material and coordinate for resolution.
- Ensure dispatches are completed within the committed timeline.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all dispatch-related records.
- Support stock reconciliation and report any dispatch-related discrepancies.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, MS Office and ERP/Tally.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.
- Knowledge of UPS/electrical equipment will be an advantage.

Experience

2–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, store, or warehouse operations preferred.

Qualification

12th / Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
