Job role : CAD Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven CAD Designer with a core background in Civil Engineering to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating concepts into exact building plans using AutoCAD while managing essential project documentation, including quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Key Responsibilities

· Drafting & Design: Prepare accurate, comprehensive building plans, floor layouts, and construction drawings using AutoCAD in strict compliance with project specifications.

· Quantity Take-offs: Perform precise quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.

· Estimation & Documentation: Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and supporting project documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with Site engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure designs meet engineering standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant drafting experience or Motivated Freshers with strong drafting skills.

Software Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

Strong mandatory knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
