Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist clients in planning, organizing, and booking complete travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours.
- Provide destination recommendations based on clients’ preferences, requirements, and budget.
- Research visa requirements, travel regulations, restrictions, and other relevant travel information.
- Prepare customized and detailed travel itineraries for clients.
- Handle flight ticketing, hotel reservations, transportation, travel insurance, and tour bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Resolve booking-related issues and provide timely solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, visa regulations, and travel products.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, payments, and customer information.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

- Freshers with BA Tourism, MA Tourism, or MBA Tourism are welcome.




- 0–2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar travel-related role is an advantage.
- Positive knowledge of travel destinations, tourism products, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and client-handling skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of travel booking and reservation systems.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is required. Knowledge of an additional regional language is an added advantage.
