Job Summary:
SV Industries is hiring a Production Head to lead and manage our precision fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will oversee production planning, team management, quality control, and on-time delivery while driving productivity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production operations and meet production targets.
- Lead and supervise the production team.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with quality, design, and procurement teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in precision fabrication or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and production planning skills.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and quality standards.
