About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will manage administrative duties, streamline daily operations, and provide high-level support across multiple professional commitments.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative and Calendar Management
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the Owner and the internal team to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Collect updates on work completed by the team and provide a consolidated progress report to the Owner on a daily basis.
- Manage a complex and agile calendar, scheduling client consultations, litigation hearings, and strategic advisory meetings.
- Protect and block dedicated schedule time for professional writing, case research, and drafting.
- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for business trips.
- Ensure the Owner is prepared for all meetings with the necessary files, briefs, and background information.
Communication and Client Coordination
- Review emails and WhatsApp messages on a daily basis, instruct the team to provide the details, information, or documents required by clients, and proactively take feedback from the client.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients,
legal professionals, and internal team members.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, drafting professional responses to standard inquiries.
- Liaise effectively with the internal office administration and support staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
Document and Project Support
- Assist in organizing, formatting, and proofreading documents related to tax disputes, litigation files, and compliance reports.
- Provide structural and administrative support for professional book projects and articles, such as managing chapter drafts, indexes, and publisher correspondence.
- Help coordinate and schedule advisory sessions and high-level guidance meetings for Sveiki Compliance Solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to anticipate needs and multitask effectively.
- High proficiency in office productivity software, including document drafting, spreadsheets, and calendar management tools.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data and legal client information.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
