Summary:

The Executive - Techno-Commercial Coordination plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical and commercial functions within the manufacturing sector. This position is critical to ensuring seamless alignment between engineering, procurement, production, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. The incumbent will be responsible for managing technical specifications, evaluating supplier capabilities, coordinating cost-benefit analyses, and facilitating cross-functional decision-making to optimize project outcomes. With a strong focus on efficiency, compliance, and innovation, this role supports strategic business objectives by ensuring that technical requirements are commercially viable and that commercial targets are met without compromising product integrity. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, driving operational excellence and contributing to sustained competitive advantage in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the coordination of technical and commercial inputs during product development, procurement, and project execution phases.

- Prepare and review technical bid documents, specifications, and commercial proposals to ensure alignment with customer requirements and internal capabilities.

- Collaborate with R&D;, engineering, and production teams to evaluate technical feasibility and cost implications of design and process changes.

- Conduct supplier evaluation and qualification based on technical performance, delivery timelines, and pricing competitiveness.

- Facilitate cost engineering activities, including value analysis, life-cycle cost assessment, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional teams during project planning, execution, and delivery.





- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project timelines, cost adherence, and technical compliance.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality management systems.

- Support contract negotiations by providing technical and commercial insights to legal and procurement teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending process enhancements across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification is a plus.

- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, with proven exposure to techno-commercial coordination, procurement, or project management roles.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and product lifecycle management.

- Proficiency in cost modeling, bid evaluation, and technical proposal development.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), ERP systems, and project management tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Project).

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across diverse functions.

- Experience working in a global or multi-site manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, supplier audits, or project meetings.
