- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, purchases, orders, and services.
- Make regular calls to customers for feedback, reminders, and relationship building.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Billing, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
