Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Casting & Forging components.
- Identify, evaluate and develop new suppliers as per technical and commercial requirements.
- Handle RFQ, techno-commercial evaluation, price negotiation and cost analysis.
- Conduct should-costing / cost benchmarking for casting and forging components.
- Drive cost reduction, VA/VE and localization initiatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers for recent product development, tooling and samples.
- Monitor supplier performance on QCD – Quality, Cost & Delivery parameters.
- Support supplier audits, capacity assessment and supplier development activities.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, PPC, Production and Finance for sourcing requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of components as per project and production requirements.
- Maintain supplier database, sourcing MIS and commercial documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
