Oracle HCM Functional Analyst
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Analyst with 7+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM and strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation, along with experience supporting US-based Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Design, configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules.
- Configure HCM modules including:
- Core HR / HCM
- Payroll
- Time & Labor
- Absence Management
- Benefits
- Compensation
- Ensure Oracle Payroll configuration aligns with US state and federal requirements.
- Perform page customizations using modern Oracle design methodologies, including Redwood.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Oracle HCM functional issues.
- Work closely with technical teams on system issues and solutions.
- Support data imports, exports, data conversions, and integrations.
- Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations related to HCM.
- Develop or provide guidance on HCM reports using OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and eText templates.
- Support testing, defect analysis, validation, and resolution.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, FDDs, TDDs, migration documents, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide functional guidance for integration solutions.
- Collaborate with security teams to design appropriate application and data roles.
- Support development, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Work collaboratively with functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM.
- Hands-on experience implementing new Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM instances.
- Experience working with a US-based organization/company.
- 3+ years of US Payroll experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Oracle Core HR / HCM
- Oracle Payroll
- Oracle Time & Labor
- Oracle Absence Management
- Oracle Benefits
- Oracle Compensation
- Strong understanding of HCM data structures, interface tables, error/processing tables, and validation tables.
- Experience with OIC integrations and HCM data conversion.
- Experience with OTBI, BIP, and eText reporting.
- Experience with Oracle HCM security and application/data roles.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a project team.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Oracle HCM / Payroll certification is preferred.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and detail-oriented Oracle HCM professional who can independently manage functional deliverables, troubleshoot complex HCM issues, communicate effectively with technical and functional stakeholders, and work in a rapid-paced implementation/support environment.
Work Environment
- Must be comfortable working virtually with teams using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Ability to participate in meetings, training, testing, and implementation activities remotely.

Mandatory: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM + US Payroll + HCM Implementation Experience
Pay: Up to ₹1,742,752.80 per year
