Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with 15–20 years of experience in the Civil & Construction industry. Robust hands-on experience in HT systems, Underground (UG) Cables, Transformers, electrical installations, testing, and commissioning is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and manage electrical works for construction projects.
- UG Cable, HT System and Transformer experience is mandatory.
- Coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of HT/LT electrical systems.
- Supervise laying, jointing, termination, testing, and commissioning of Underground (UG) Cables.
- Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of HT/LT Transformers.
- Supervise HT panels, LT panels, RMU, VCB, DG sets, electrical distribution systems, and related equipment.
- Conduct inspections and ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the project site.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure electrical works are completed within the planned timeline.
- Guide and supervise Electrical Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and subcontractor teams.

Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant electrical certifications will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Experience

- 15–20 years of relevant experience in Civil & Construction projects.
- UG Cable experience – Mandatory
- HT System experience – Mandatory
- Transformer installation/testing/commissioning experience – Mandatory

Candidate Preference

- Candidates from or willing to work in South Tamil Nadu preferred.
- Tamil – Mandatory
- Kannada – Preferred
- Hindi – Preferred
