Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with patients in Russian through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Identify and engage with potential patients from Russia and other Russian-speaking markets.
- Understand patients' medical requirements and collect relevant medical documents/reports.
- Explain available medical services, treatment options, procedures, and next steps in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and internal medical teams regarding patient requirements.
- Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with patients throughout the treatment process.
- Assist patients with documentation and coordination related to their treatment.
- Build trust and maintain a robust relationship with Russian-speaking patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on inquiries/leads.




- Coordinate with the marketing/business development team to improve patient acquisition from Russian-speaking countries.

Requirements:

- Fluent Russian — speaking .
- Good English communication skills; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, patient coordination, international patient services, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information professionally and confidentially.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable communicating with patients remotely through phone and digital channels.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
