We're reimagining how products reach customers through innovative kiosk solutions and are looking for driven interns who want hands-on exposure to real business operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations & Fulfilment Intern to manage and coordinate the fulfilment process once an order is received — from manufacturer coordination and fabrication to final delivery. This is a hands-on role with real operational responsibility, not busywork.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with manufacturers and fabrication partners for complete kiosk production
- Follow up with manufacturers on production progress, requirements, and timelines
- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to ensure required materials, production timelines, and deliverables are aligned with order requirements
- Manage order fulfilment from fabrication to final delivery
- Coordinate quality checks, packaging, dispatch, and delivery
- Coordinate with logistics/delivery partners and track shipments
- Follow up with relevant vendors and partners to ensure timely completion
- Maintain order status, operational records, invoices, and related documents
- Update the operations tracker
- Escalate delays or operational issues to the founder
- Support day-to-day operations and fulfilment activities

Your Impact

Your work will directly contribute to real orders, actual inventory movement, and actual business transactions involving the company.





Requirements

- Engineering or MBA background
- 0–1 years of experience; freshers are encouraged to apply
- Solid communication skills
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Vendor coordination and follow-through ability
- Organised, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable taking initiative and following through on tasks
- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
