Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Google Ads Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving campaign performance, maximizing ROI, and supporting the company's digital marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, ad copies, and targeting.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, industry trends, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts will be an added advantage.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
