Job Description – Accounts & Tally Executive Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven professional to manage Conveyance Claim Processing. The role requires expertise in Tally ERP 9, advanced Excel skills, and a strong accounting background (minimum B.Com qualification). The candidate will ensure accurate claim validation, timely reimbursements, and audit-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Claim Verification & Processing

- Validate conveyance claims against company policies and supporting documents.
- Ensure accuracy of mileage, receipts, and compliance with reimbursement guidelines.

Compliance & Audit Support

- Prepare audit-ready documentation for internal and external reviews.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and organizational compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education





- B.Com (minimum qualification)
- M.Com or MBA (Finance/Accounts) preferred

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or claim processing.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Validation, and Dashboards.

Salary Range- 10 to 20 K/Month
